What you can expect from me………:
- I will keep you updated with the lowest interest rate or product during your pre-approval
- I will shop the entire market (40 different lenders) to ensure that you are getting the best mortgage product and lowest interest rate.
- I will contact you at least 4 months prior to your mortgage renewal in order to guarantee that you are getting the lowest interest rate at renewal.
- I will counsel you on credit and mortgage qualifications in order to prepare you for home ownership
- I will notify throughout the term of your mortgage as to whether you may have options that will lower your interest rate.
- I will be available 7 days a week with the ability to do your application by phone, fax, email at your convenience.
- I will work very hard to ensure that your mortgage is approved and processed as smoothly and quickly as possible
The good news is that there is no cost to you for our service. The lender that you choose pays the broker fee*.
